Booking Information

How do I book?

Please complete the booking form and send it to us together with a deposit of £75 PER PERSON for UK tours, £150 PER PERSON for European tours and £250 PER PERSON for Worldwide tours. The balance of fare is due 9 weeks before departure date for UK tours and 13 weeks before departure date for European and Worldwide tours. For bookings made less than 9 weeks before departure date (13 weeks for European and Worldwide tours) the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Our preferred means of payment is cheque or debit card. Balance and full payments by credit card will be charged a processing fee of 2.5%.
